Eligibility

This Application is intended for use by the account owner only. By connecting your social media accounts, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the connected accounts
  • You have the authority to publish content to those accounts
  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

User Responsibilities

As the user of this Application, you agree to:

Content

Generated Content

  • Quote content is generated using AI and attributed to historical or fictional personas
  • Visual and audio assets are generated programmatically
  • Content is intended for educational and inspirational purposes

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of your social media accounts
  • You are responsible for content published to your accounts
  • You may delete published content at any time through each platform

Intellectual Property

  • The Application code and workflows are proprietary
  • Generated quotes may reference historical figures in the public domain
  • AI-generated images and audio are created for your use

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access to the Service
  • Compatibility with all social media platform updates
  • Success of published content (views, engagement, etc.)

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

Platform Terms

Your use of connected social media platforms is subject to their respective terms:

Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by:

  • Disconnecting your social media accounts
  • Revoking OAuth access through each platform's settings
  • Deleting stored credentials

We may terminate or suspend access to the Application at our discretion.
