What is flat-finder.ch?

flat-finder.ch is an AI-powered flat search engine for the Swiss rental market. It aggregates listings from across the major Swiss real-estate platforms and gives every flat a transparent Match Score (0–10) based on the criteria you care about — price, commute, pets, size, neighborhood.

No hidden ranking. No "premium placement" for landlords. No infinite scroll.

How it works

Tell the system what you're looking for — rooms, region, budget, must-haves, nice-to-haves.
It aggregates current listings from across Swiss rental platforms.
Each listing gets a single Match Score (0–10) with a written reasoning breakdown — pros, cons, and why it matches or doesn't.
You get the top matches delivered by email, ranked by fit.
